As women leaders, we're constantly on the go serving others. And because we're ambitious, we also are always looking forward to the next goal - sometimes because we've been conditioned to keep pushing forward.  Even when we may not want to.

So it's crucial to acknowledge the unique hurdles we face and the progress that has been made in breaking down barriers.

We can do this through pausing and reflecting on the past year which allows us to appreciate the strides we've made.
